A solution for small to medium-sized sites that do not have a robust food safety management program in place or want to take their existing program to the next level. Built as a step-wise approach, the SQF Fundamentals audit is designed to help integrate robust food safety standards into a site's existing practices while creating a pathway to achieve globally accepted GFSI certification.
PrimusGFS v3.2 January 2021is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) recognized audit that CCI is accredited under ISO/IEC 17065:2012 which includes the following scopes: Farming of Plants, Farming of Grains and Pulses, Pre-processing Handling of Plant Products, Processing of Plant Perishable Products, Processing of Animal and Plant Perishable Products (Mixed Products), Processing of Ambient Stable Products, and Provision of Storage and Distribution Services.
The Primus Standard Audit (PSA) is a non-GFSI audit which focuses on Food Safety within the Agricultural Sector and includes horticultural, grains and pulses. The PSA is a great stepping stone to a GFSI level audit, for example a PrimusGFS audit.
